Affiliate Network Relationship Agreement CMP Partner - Community Commitment Pledge This Affiliate Marketing Agency Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between [CMP], referred to herein as "Agency", and [Contracted Supplier], referred to herein as "Supplier", effective as of Date: ______________________. Agency Responsibilities: 1.1 The agency shall act as a broker between the Supplier and Affiliate Marketers to promote and sell the Supplier's goods and services through the Community Marketplace Agency (CMP) Affiliate Networks. 1.2 The agency shall provide approved content media to CMP marketing affiliates for promoting the Supplier's goods and services. 1.3 The Agency agrees that CMP agents are not authorized to use any content other than the provided media to maintain the integrity of the Supplier's brand and ensure consistency in quality. Supplier Responsibilities: 2.1 Supplier shall provide Agency with the necessary information, materials, and support to facilitate the promotion and sale of its goods and services through CMP Affiliate Networks. 2.2 Supplier shall honour all sales made by Affiliate Marketers through CMP Affiliate Networks by the terms and conditions agreed upon between Supplier and Agency. 2.3 Supplier shall promptly address any issues or concerns raised by Agency regarding the quality, availability, or delivery of its goods and services. Payment and Commission: 3.1 The agency shall be entitled to receive a commission for each sale of the Supplier's goods and services made through CMP Affiliate Networks, as agreed upon between the Agency and Supplier. 3.2 Payment terms and commission rates shall be outlined in a separate agreement between the Agency and Supplier. Term and Termination: 4.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party. 4.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of a material breach by the other party. Confidentiality: 5.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during this Agreement.
