Entry-Level Affiliate Marketer

We’re looking for a purpose-driven, tech-savvy Entry-Level Affiliate Marketer to join our growing team at Community Marketplace, where we combine the best parts of digital technology with grassroots values to keep money local and support neighborhood prosperity.
? About the Role:
As an Affiliate Marketer, you’ll help promote local merchants, gift card partners, community programs, and funding initiatives through digital outreach and social sharing. You’ll play a key role in educating your network about the benefits of buying local, earning rewards, and supporting economic resilience through our “Getting Ahead with Funding” movement.
? Responsibilities:
Share local deals, events, and gift card promotions through social media, email, and community groups
Onboard new users and introduce them to the Community Marketplace platform
Build relationships with merchants and connect them to Give Back Programs
Track referrals and earn commissions from successful signups and purchases
Promote financial empowerment tools, workshops, and educational content
Support content creation, storytelling, and community campaigns
Represent the Prosperity Mindset — faith, growth, and shared opportunity

Affiliate Network Relationship Agreement
CMP Partner - Community Commitment Pledge
This Affiliate Marketing Agency Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between [CMP], referred to herein as "Agency", and [Contracted Supplier], referred to herein as "Supplier", effective as of Date: ______________________.
Agency Responsibilities:
1.1 The agency shall act as a broker between the Supplier and Affiliate Marketers to promote and sell the Supplier's goods and services through the Community Marketplace Agency (CMP) Affiliate Networks.
1.2 The agency shall provide approved content media to CMP marketing affiliates for promoting the Supplier's goods and services.
1.3 The Agency agrees that CMP agents are not authorized to use any content other than the provided media to maintain the integrity of the Supplier's brand and ensure consistency in quality.
Supplier Responsibilities:
2.1 Supplier shall provide Agency with the necessary information, materials, and support to facilitate the promotion and sale of its goods and services through CMP Affiliate Networks.
2.2 Supplier shall honour all sales made by Affiliate Marketers through CMP Affiliate Networks by the terms and conditions agreed upon between Supplier and Agency.
2.3 Supplier shall promptly address any issues or concerns raised by Agency regarding the quality, availability, or delivery of its goods and services.
Payment and Commission:
3.1 The agency shall be entitled to receive a commission for each sale of the Supplier's goods and services made through CMP Affiliate Networks, as agreed upon between the Agency and Supplier.
3.2 Payment terms and commission rates shall be outlined in a separate agreement between the Agency and Supplier.
Term and Termination:
4.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party.
4.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of a material breach by the other party.
Confidentiality:
5.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during this Agreement.
Governing Law:
6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [State/Country].

Qualifications

Basic understanding of digital marketing, affiliate programs, or social media promotion (training provided)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable internet access and a mobile phone or computer for remote work
Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other community engagement platforms
Friendly, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools and strategies
Experience in customer service, sales, fundraising, or community outreach is a plus
